50% of the entire stay will be charged to card one day after reservation confirmation.
During: Mar. 21 -27, Dec. 17 - Jan. 6
80% of the entire stay will be charged to card one day after reservation confirmation.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations received up to 30 days prior to arrival will be penalized with 30% of the total stay.
Cancellations received 30 days or less prior to arrival date will be charged 50% of the entire stay.
Cancellations received 30 days or less prior to arrival date will be charged 80% of the entire stay,
Early check out will be charged with 80% of each canceled night.
No shows will be penalized with 100% for the first night and 80% of the rest of the stay.

Transportation
The hotel can prearrange transportation from Cancun International Airport to hotel and back, flight information should be sent with prior notice.
Price: $65 USD per person one way (min. charge two people). Includes public boat transportation and taxi to the hotel. If you prefer to be picked up and taken to the hotel directly on the hotel´s private boat, the cost is $75 USD per person one way (min. charge two people) The trip is approximately three hours.
Another option for transportation is by air from Cancun airport to Holbox landing strip, and taxi to hotel. Flight takes approximately 25 minutes. This transfer option is only available for guests that continue their travel on to Holbox and do not leave the airport. Cost for up to 5 people -per plane- $580 USD.
