Room Features

Choose from thirty air-conditioned luxury villas with private pools surrounded by luscious jungle gardens, including an exclusive Presidential Villa. Each villa features over 1000 square feet of secluded space, an outdoor terrace replete with chaise lounge, dining table, handmade crochet hammock and outdoor shower. Indoor, separate bathrooms are spacious and equipped with a standing shower, his-and-hers separate sinks and generous closets. All beds feature Egyptian cotton sheets, duvet covers and glorious down pillows. Additionally, rooms feature DVD players with movies (on request), CD Players with selection of CDs, Books, satellite cable television, a bar stocked with mineral water, beer and juices, hair dryers and in-room safes.

PRESIDENTIAL VILLA The Presidential Villa is a masterpiece of rich woods, natural rattan, and sumptuous materials, all designed in the resort´s signature Mayan-inspired style and nestled in lush vegetation for complete privacy. The first floor is elegant and spacious, with a complete living/lounge and dining areas and guest bathroom set with an onyx Mayan-style fountain-faucet. Louvered mahogany doors and windows open onto a private patio with hammock, oversized chaise lounges and private swimming pool. A spiral wooden staircase leads to the plush master bedroom above, appointed with an extra-large canopy bed, 600-thread-count linens, and mahogany bureaus with leather-and-steel pulls. Notes

Hotel will be closed for remodeling of their pool from Sept., 6 to Oct., 3, 2010.

14% federal tax and 15% service tax are not included.
Please note that this is an adult-only resort and children under 16 are not permitted. Minimum stays may apply depending on hotel occupancy. Travel insurance is recommended. When a third person is requested and allowed an additional $150 USD per night will be applied to the room rate.
CHECK-IN: 3pm | CHECK-OUT: Noon (Depending upon availability the resort will extend late departures up to 6:00 PM at 50% of the assessed room rate.)

Terms & Conditions

Deposit Policy:

Deposit will be charged to a valid credit card upon reservation confirmation. 100% of stay for reservations from Dec. 19 - Jan. 2 / 50% of total stay for reservations from Jan. 3 - Dec. 18.

Cancellation Policy:

The deposit will not be refunded if a cancellation or change is requested to the original reservation within the following time frames:
Dec. 19 - Jan 2: 91 days or less / Jan. 3 - Dec. 18: 21 days or less / Jun. 1 - Oct. 31: 14 days or less, prior to the arrival date.

The stay will be charged in full in case of no show, unused nights or early departure. Cancellations or date changes 24 hours prior the arrival will be considered as no-show.
