Each ocean-view room is a palette of white on white with exotic conshuela floors and tikul stone-lined bathrooms. Suites are individually decorated with original artwork and include mini-split air conditioner, TV, cordless telephone, DVD and CD player, safety deposit box, bathrobes, hair dryers and fully stocked minibar. Deposit Policy:
Regular Season: two-night nonrefundable deposit required at booking.
Dec. 20 - Jan. 8: five-night nonrefundable deposit required at booking.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations received less than 90 days prior to arrival date will be charged 25% of the balance (not including two-night deposit) to credit card, less than 60 days prior will be charged 50%, less than 45 days prior will be charged the entire balance.

Transportation
The hotel can prearrange transportation from Cancun´s international airport to Puerto Juarez with prior notice. Price: $50 USD per van, up to four people.
The ferry from Puerto Juarez to Isla Mujeres costs $35 pesos per person.
The five-minute taxi ride to the hotel costs $25 pesos.
