A condo project is underway in the land next to the hotel. The construction takes place Monday through mid-day Saturday. The hours vary each month, but normally they work from approximately 7:00am to 6:00pm, although they have worked some nights. Most guests have not been disturbed, and construction noise varies each day. During noisy days, we advise guests to plan activities outside the hotel such as snorkeling, golf cart/mopeds, mayan tours, ecological park, swimming with dolphins. As the project progresses, the noise is most likely to be more prevalent. We advise you to contact the hotel for current updates on the status of the construction noise.
