Deposit Policy:
50% of entire stay will be charged to your credit card upon reservation confirmation.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations received more than 30 days prior to arrival date will be charged a $33 USD administration fee. Cancellations received less than 30 days prior to arrival date will result in forfeiture of deposit.

A complimentary bottle of premium tequila (or other regional specialty liqueur) with two hand-blown glass caballitos or shot glasses, a plate of regional delicacies, and a room upgrade* at participating hotels. (*subject to availability). Reservation must be made at least 7 days in advance.
Transportation
The hotel can prearrange transportation from various airports with prior notice. Queretaro: $50 USD, 75-minute trip; Leon: $100 USD, two-hour trip; San Luis Potosi: $100 USD, two-hour trip.
