Como se dice "luxury" en espanol? Las Alamandas! We had the Casa Del Domo at the end of the drive - it was everything I would want if I had everything I wanted! I loved the way the staff welcomed us with flowers spelling out ´bienvenidos´ on our bed, the porters who, after the first day, knowing we liked to sunbathe ocean-side vs. in our yard, had chairs, tables, umbrellas and ice for our plentiful margaritas set up by the time we returned from breakfast and the gym daily. My friend celebrated a 40th birthday while we were there and the staff went above and beyond to :1) arrange a private dinner in the massage palapa; 2) make a special birthday cake; and 3) have all the kitchen staff, the wait staff and the bar staff come out to serenade us with a Mexican birthday song!!! It was wonderful. We had a great horseback ride along the cliffs overlooking the ocean and beach side massages - it was PERFECT!
