Up to two additional children may share the room with their parents. Sofa-beds are available for this purpose but not recommended for adults. Children 2 to 11: $13 USD per night. Children 12 to 15 years old: $43 USD per night during the regular season.
Holidays 2008: During the following holiday periods a minimum stay of 3 nights is required.
Holy Week: Mar. 09 to 23.
Day of the dead: Oct. 31 - Nov 02.
Minimum stay of 3 nights will include; welcome cocktail, coupon for an upper body massage, daily breakfast and dinner, visit to the unforgettable towns of Santa Clara del Cobre and Tzintzuntzan, visit of the cemeteries during the celebration. In the relaxed atmosphere of our patios, between murals that depict the region, you can enjoy dances presented by a folkloric ballet and the Day of the Dead celebration. Additional charges: children 2 to 11: $83 USD per night. Children 12 to 15: $160 USD per night. Additional nights available at regular rates.
Christmas and New Year: Dec 23 - Dec. 31
During these holiday seasons the cost for additional children 2 to 11: $17 USD per night children 12 to 15 years old: $83 USD per night.
There is a mandatory extra charge of $105 USD per person for guests staying at the hotel on December 24. This extra charge will cover Christmas celebration, dinner with violin music and a toast with champagne, other drinks not included, children 2 to 11 $53 USD Children 12 to 15 $78 USD.
A mandatory extra charge of $121 USD per person for guests staying at the hotel on December 31. This extra charge will cover New Year´s celebration, dinner with violin music, toast with champagne, mariachi music for dancing to welcome the new year, drinks not included. children 2 to 11 $61 USD 12 to 15 years old $90 USD.
Terms & Conditions
Deposit Policy:
A credit card is required to guarantee reservations.
Regular season: 50% deposit will be charged to credit card 7 days prior to arrival
Holiday season: 50% deposit will be charged to credit card 21 days prior to arrival, remaining 50% will be charged 7 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy:
Regular season: Cancellations received less than 7 days prior to arrival date will be charged with 50% of the entire stay.
Holiday Seasons: (Holy Week, Day of the Dead, Christmas and New Year´s Eve) Cancellations received 21 to 7 days prior to arrival date will be charged 50% of the entire stay. Cancellations received less than 7 days prior to arrival will be charged for the complete stay.
No shows or last minute cancellations will result in forfeiture of the entire stay. Cancellations received one day prior to arrival and early departures are considered last minute cancellations.

Premium MasterCard® cardholders that stay for a minimum of 3 nights and pay accommodations with this card, will receive:
A complimentary bottle of premium tequila (or other regional specialty liqueur) with two hand-blown glass caballitos or shot glasses, a plate of regional delicacies, and a room upgrade* at participating hotels. (*subject to availability). Reservation must be made at least 7 days in advance.
Transportation
The hotel can prearrange transportation via taxi from the Uruapan and Morelia airports with prior notice. Price from the Uruapan airport: $500 pesos one way. Price from the Morelia airport: $800 pesos one way.
You will be advised of the taxi number that will be waiting for you outside the airport (white taxis with Taxi Ejecutivo plus the number in big gray letters).
