Room Features

Twenty-nine villas with independent cabins, palapa-style, intermingle harmoniously between the tropical gardens. Their ceilings of palm and interiors are made with materials from the region. Each cabin or villa has its own terrace, small swimming pool, an enormous bath with luxurious amenities and a sound system with a selection of CD´s. All villas have air conditioning, a safe deposit box, complete mini-bar and telephone. Two luxurious private villas have been added to the hotel and descriptions can be found below.

One master bedroom with king bed, private ensuite bathroom and terrace with Jacuzzi. The three guests bedrooms feature two with king beds and the other has one queen bed. CASA TIERRA A newly added magnificent 4 bedroom ocean front estate offers all of the comfort of a beach villa, with all of the amenities and services of the hotel. One master bedroom with king bed, private ensuite bathroom and terrace with Jacuzzi. The three guests bedrooms feature two with king beds and the other has one queen bed. Rates Include

Welcome cocktail, complimentary welcome snacks, use of tennis courts, gym, all non-motorized water sports (kayaks, snorkel, windsurfs and sailboats), mountain bikes, high-speed internet access.
On stays of 4 or more nights, transportation is included from and to the Manzanillo airport.

Notes

Rates do not include 17% tax and 10% service charge.
Rates are based on single or double occupancy for all categories with the exception of the 2 bedroom Palmtree Villa which is priced for four people.
Extra person: $70 USD per night + tax.(Jan. 03 - Apr. 30/09, May. 01 - Nov. 13/09)
Extra person: $85 USD per night + tax. (Nov. 14/09 - Dic. 19/09)
Extra person: $125 USD per night + tax. (Dec. 20/09 - Jan. 03/10)

Terms & Conditions

Deposit Policy:

Dec. 20 to Jan. 3/09
Minimum stay during this period is 7 nights, with arrival on December 20th or 21st. Or December 26th or 27th. The hotel will make a charge of 50% of your total stay plus 27% tax (non refundable). The balance due plus 27% tax will be charge on august 01. Reservation made after August 01 the hotel will make charge for full stay plus 27% tax (non refundable)

Two-night deposit and 27% tax charged upon reservation confirmation.

Cancellation Policy:

Dec. 20 to Jan. 10
If cancellation is received: 60 days prior to arrival date - A 50% of total stay will apply and will be deducted from refund.
All cancellations received within 59 days of arrival date will be subject to 100% charge, therefore no refund will be made to client.

Jan. 11 to Dec. 19
Cancellations received 14 days prior to arrival will have an administrative charge on the deposit, depending the type of credit card which was charged. American Express 5.15% , Visa and Mastercard 2%.

Cancellations received 14 days prior to arrival, the deposit plus tax is not refundable.

No shows, early departures, full stay will be charged.

Transportation

The hotel can pre-arrange airport transfers from Manzanillo International Airport on request. The cost for a taxi for one to four persons is approximately US $110 one-way or US $220 round-trip. Travel time is approximately 50 minutes. Rates also available for a suburban on request. Rates from Puerto Vallarta for one to four persons is approximately US $375 one-way or US $750 round-trip. Travel time is approximately 3 hours 30 minutes.
