Twenty-nine villas with independent cabins, palapa-style, intermingle harmoniously between the tropical gardens. Their ceilings of palm and interiors are made with materials from the region. Each cabin or villa has its own terrace, small swimming pool, an enormous bath with luxurious amenities and a sound system with a selection of CD´s. All villas have air conditioning, a safe deposit box, complete mini-bar and telephone. Two luxurious private villas have been added to the hotel and descriptions can be found below.

This newly added magnificent 4 bedroom ocean front estate offers all of the comfort of a beach villa, with all of the amenities and services of the hotel. One master bedroom with king bed, private ensuite bathroom and terrace with Jacuzzi. The three guests bedrooms feature two with king beds and the other has one queen bed. Casa Sol can accommodate up to 8 adults and is the private casa that is closest to the hotel facilities. |

CASA TIERRA
A newly added magnificent 4 bedroom ocean front estate offers all of the comfort of a beach villa, with all of the amenities and services of the hotel. One master bedroom with king bed, private ensuite bathroom and terrace with Jacuzzi. The three guests bedrooms feature two with king beds and the other has one queen bed. Casa Tierra can accommodate up to 8 adults. This casa is located past Casa Sol, furthest from the hotel restaurant. |

Rates Include

Rates are based on single or double occupancy for all categories with the exception of the 2 bedroom Palmtree Villa which is priced for four people.

Terms & Conditions
Deposit Policy:
Dec. 20 to Jan. 10
Minimum stay during this period is 7 nights, with arrival on December 20th or 21st. Or December 26th or 27th. The hotel will make a charge of 50% of your total stay plus 27% tax (non refundable). The balance due plus 27% tax will be charge on august 01. Reservation made after August 01 the hotel will make charge for full stay plus 27% tax (non refundable)

Two-night deposit and 27% tax charged within 5 days of making reservation.
Cancellation Policy:
Dec. 20 to Jan. 10
If cancellation is received: 60 days prior to arrival date - A 50% of total stay will apply and will be deducted from refund.
All cancellations received within 59 days of arrival date will be subject to 100% charge, therefore no refund will be made to client.
Jan. 11 to Dec. 19
Cancellations must be made at least 14 days prior to arrival, otherwise the deposit corresponding to two nights plus tax will not be reimbursed.
No shows, early departures, full stay will be charged.

A complimentary bottle of premium tequila (or other regional specialty liqueur) with two hand-blown glass caballitos or shot glasses, a plate of regional delicacies, and a room upgrade* at participating hotels. (*subject to availability). Reservation must be made at least 7 days in advance.
Transportation
The hotel can pre-arrange airport transfers from Manzanillo International Airport on request. The cost for a taxi for one to four persons is approximately US $110 one-way or US $220 round-trip. Travel time is approximately 50 minutes. Rates also available for a suburban on request. Rates from Puerto Vallarta for one to four persons is approximately US $375 one-way or US $750 round-trip. Travel time is approximately 3 hours 30 minutes.
