Deposit Policy:
Bookings must be confirmed with a valid credit card.
No charge will be applied to your credit card.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations received less than 7 days prior to arrival date will incur a one-night charge plus applicable taxes.
No-shows and early departures will be charged for the full stay plus tax.

Premium MasterCard® cardholders that stay for a minimum of 3 nights and pay accommodations with this card, will receive:
A complimentary bottle of premium tequila (or other regional specialty liqueur) with two hand-blown glass caballitos or shot glasses, a plate of regional delicacies, and a room upgrade* at participating hotels. (*subject to availability). Reservation must be made at least 7 days in advance.
Transportation
The hotel can prearrange transportation from Miguel Hidalgo International Airport with prior notice. Rate: approximately $50 USD for two people one-way or $80 USD roundtrip. Travel is approximately 35 minutes. (Rates subject to change without notice.)
