Terms & Conditions
Deposit Policy:
A credit card is required to guarantee reservations.
A one-night deposit will be charged for reservations during Low Season, three nights during High Season, 50% of the entire stay during holidays.
Cancellation Policy:
No penalty will be charged for cancellations for Low Season received 15 days or more prior to arrival date. Cancellations received less than 15 days prior to arrival date will result in forfeiture of deposit, three days or less prior will be charged for the entire stay.
No penalty will be charged for cancellations for High Season received 30 days or more prior to arrival date. Cancellations received less than 30 days prior to arrival date will result in forfeiture of deposit, three days or less prior will be charged for the entire stay.
No penalty will be charged for cancellations for Holidays received 45 days or more prior to arrival. Cancellations received less than 45 days prior will result in forfeiture of deposit, five days or less prior will be charged for the entire stay.
No-shows will be charged for the entire stay.
Cancellation charges can be applied to a future stay within one year, excluding holidays. No-shows will not enjoy this benefit.

A complimentary bottle of premium tequila (or other regional specialty liqueur) with two hand-blown glass caballitos or shot glasses, a plate of regional delicacies, and a room upgrade* at participating hotels. (*subject to availability). Reservation must be made at least 7 days in advance.
Transportation
The hotel can prearrange transportation from Oaxaca International Airport with prior notice. The trip is approximately 25 minutes. Please provide your flight number, estimated time of arrival and point of origin.
