Room Features

All 16 comfortable guest rooms and the Luxury Villa feature ocean views with a patio area. Master suites have their own private terrace. Handcrafted wooden furniture, embroidered linens, colorful accents and original artwork can be appreciated in every room. Amenities include a/c, ceiling fans, safe deposit boxes, hair dryers and organic bath products.

Additional person: $35 USD May to Jun./Sept., to Dec. 14, 2009.
Additional person: $40 USD Jul. to Aug. and Dec. 15, 2009 to Jan. 6, 2010.
Children under 6 years at no extra cost.
Half Pension (set dinner menu): $30 USD + 10% tax per person/per night.
Full Pension (set lunch and dinner menu): $45 USD + 10% tax per person/per night.
Rates are based on double occupancy. The rate for the Luxury Villa includes 5 adults.
CHECK-IN: 3pm | CHECK-OUT: Noon.

For 2010 season: Minimum 3 night stay for Jan. 7 to Apr. 30/July to Aug. and Dec. 1 to 14.
Minimum 4 night stay for Dec. 15, 2010 to Jan. 06, 2011.
Additional person: $35 USD from Jan. 7 to Dec.14.
Additional person:$50 USD from Dec. 15, 2010 to Jan. 6, 2011.

Terms & Conditions

Deposit Policy:

A 50% deposit of the entire stay is required to guarantee the booking, credit card will be charged 3 days after reservation confirmation.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations received 30 to 15 days prior to arrival will only incur in a 25% charge of the entire stay.
Cancellation received 14 and 8 days prior to arrival will not be refunded the initial 50% deposit of the entire stay.
For cancellations received 7 to 2 days prior to arrival, 80% of the stay will be charged.
Cancellations made 48 hours before arrival date and no-shows will be penalized with 100% of the entire stay.
Cancellation policy 2010 season:
Cancellations received 30 to 22 days before arrival will incur in a 50 % charge of the total of reservation.
Cancellations received 21 to 8 days before arrival will incur in a 80% charge of the total of reservation.
Cancellations received 7 days before arrival or no show will incur in a 100% charge of the entire stay.

Transportation

The hotel can pre-arrange transportation from the Cancun airport with prior request. There are three options for transportation:

SEMI-PRIVATE LAND TRANSFER - Transportation from Cancun airport to Chiquila in an A/C van. In Chiquila a wait may be necessary for the ferry that runs each hour on the hour from 6:00 am until 7:00pm. Once in Holbox you will be transported to the hotel by local taxi (golf cart).
Cost $70 USD per person, one way (2 people min. charge). $140 USD for one person.

PRIVATE LAND TRANSFER- Transportation is done as in the previous option, the only difference here is that upon arrival to Chiquila, a private boat would take you to Holbox, (no wait is necessary), and on to the hotel.
Cost $90 USD per person, one way (2 people min. charge). $180 USD for one person.

For the above options land and water taxis are included in the cost. Total transfer time is approx. 3 hours.

FLYING TO HOLBOX: Small aircraft for 4 passengers. You are met at the Cancun airport and taken to the private airport. In Holbox a taxi takes you to the hotel. Cost $590 USD plus 10% tax, one way, same cost for 1 up to 4 people.

Cost includes flight and taxis. Total transfer time is approx. 1 hour.
