Deposit Policy:
Stays of less than seven days: one-night deposit required.
Stays of seven days or more: 30% of the entire stay is required.
Charge will be applied to credit card 2 days after reservation confirmation.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations for individual stays of less than 7 nights:
No penalty will be charged for cancellations received 2 days or more prior to arrival date, less than 2 days notice the deposit on one night will not be refunded.
Cancellations for groups or stays of more than 7 nights:
No penalty will be charged for cancellations received seven days or more prior to arrival date, less than 7 days notice will be charged 30% of the entire stay.
No-shows and early departures will be charged for the complete stay.
